지금부터 퍼머넌트 참가자들은 어떠한 컨트롤에서도 출발할 수 있습니다. 이 규정은 출발점과 도착점이 동일한 순환 코스의 퍼머넌트만 해당됩니다. 출발시 참가자의 이름, 회원 번호, PT 번호와 함께 출발점의 컨트롤 이름과 번호를 명확하게 보내야 합니다.

From now on, riders are allowed to start and finish a permanent at any of the control points. This applies only to permanents where the Start- and Finish point are at the same location. Along with name, member number and PT-number, the control point name and number of the start location must be given clearly in the start message.
