춘천의 배후령이 통행금지 되었으므로 2021년 3월 15일까지 퍼머넌트 PT-23, PT-35, PT-76 은 중단됩니다
Due to closing of the Baehuryeong road near Chuncheon, the permanents PT-23, PT-35 and PT-76 cannot be done until March 15, 2021.
